Happy to start my blog as part of the new year 2025 resolution.
Let me start with a reflection that came to me as a spiritual intervention in the last week. What is beautiful in our spiritual life is that worldly pleasures are good but sacrificing them generates a sweet feeling which resonates more joy. This is highly personal and subjective and so people may agree to disagree too.
